This service is specific for your team or group. However, it is just as individualized for your team as if you were having individual consulting. All sessions and workshops are based in a psycho-educational setting, come with an free initial consultation meeting with coaching staff to get on the same page when it comes to expectations, needs for team, and collaboration on how to bring the best out of the athletes.
