Team Consulting
This service is specific for your team. However, it is just as individualized for your team as if you were having individual consulting. All packages come with an free initial consultation meeting with coaching staff to get on the same page when it comes to expectations, needs for team, and collaboration on how to bring the best out of the athletes.
Bronze
The Bronze Package is split into three different timeframes to better accommodate whenever services are needed. Regardless if it is before the season, during the season, or during championship season, there is always time to improve your mental game.
Preseason (6 weeks Before season)

Silver

Gold
The Gold Package is the complete package. This incorporates all three Bronze Packages so that you have the ultimate consulting services from before the season starts through the end of your season.
Individual Consulting

one (1) session
